Build manifest

Everything the studio has open, with its code, its division and its honest state. Nothing on this page is a concept we're hoping to sell you — if it's listed, someone here is working on it.

What it is

A delivery platform that charges restaurants nothing per order. Zero — not a capped rate, not an introductory one.

Who it's for

Independent kitchens in Calgary and Edmonton losing 20–30% of every order to a national platform.

Where it stands

Ordering, dispatch and restaurant onboarding in build. Next: first kitchens live on the platform.

What it is

A paid membership for people who order often — and the answer to how a 0% platform pays for itself.

Who it's for

Repeat customers. The cost sits with the person choosing convenience, not the kitchen absorbing it.

Where it stands

Pricing and billing in build. Ships alongside Roadster Eats rather than after it.

Where it stands

In planning.

What it is

A growing substation on the operation itself. Barley from seed to feed in a closed loop, with light, water, temperature and harvest timing held by the system.

Who it's for

Cattle operations carrying a hay bill that moves with the market and a feed quality that moves with the weather.

Where it stands

Substation spec and site requirements in progress. Next: one full seed-to-feed cycle on a working operation.

What it is

A game about the quiet parts of a network — who knows whom, what moves between them, and what it costs to find out.

Who it's for

Players who'd rather read a room than clear one.

Where it stands

World and systems design. Next: a playable core loop.

What it is

The second Black Network title. Same world, wider reach, a network that doesn't stop at the border.

Who it's for

Anyone who finished Weirdbridge and wanted the map to get bigger.

Where it stands

Concept. Follows Weirdbridge rather than running beside it.

How to read this page

Two states, and nothing in between.

Most studios have a dozen words for "not finished." We use two, so the distance between a claim and a working thing stays visible.

In development

Someone is writing code against it this week. It has a scope, a shape and a next milestone we could name out loud.

In planning

Real, funded attention — spec, research, design — but no build yet. Listed anyway, because hiding it wouldn't make it arrive sooner.

Not listed

Ideas, half-thoughts and things we've talked about over coffee. They stay off the manifest until they earn a code.
