Help
Get to the right person first time.
If we've issued you a project ID, start there — it tells us which division you belong to and what you're on. If you don't have one, the general questions below cover most of it.
Project support
Enter your Wild Rose Devs ID.
Issued when a project starts — it's on your kickoff email, your invoices and the footer of anything we've handed over. Six characters after the prefix, and it never changes.
Format: WRD · division · four digits — e.g. WRD-CGY-0473. Dashes optional.

Most of what reaches our inbox is one of these eight.
Roadster Eats is in development, so we're not live yet — but we're picking the first kitchens now, and early ones get a say in how the thing works.
Email us with where you are, roughly how many orders a week you do, and what you're paying a platform today. That last number is the one that decides whether we're actually worth your time. Start that email.
Exactly what it says: Roadster takes nothing out of the order total a restaurant is paid. Not a capped rate, not a rate that's zero for ninety days and then isn't.
The platform earns on the customer side through Roadster Plus instead, so the cost sits with the person choosing the convenience rather than the kitchen absorbing it.
GreenHay is in planning — the substation spec and site requirements are being worked out now, which is exactly when it's most useful to hear from an operation that would run one.
Head count, your current feed setup and what winter costs you is a good first message. The Fort Macleod division page has the four-step version of how it works.
Not yet. Both titles — Weirdbridge and French Connection — are in planning, and we'd rather say that than post a date we'd have to move.
The state of both is on the build manifest, and it changes there before it changes anywhere else.
IDs are issued when a project actually starts, so if we've only talked about scope you won't have one yet — that's normal.
If you think you should have one, check your kickoff email and any invoice from us. Still nothing? Email with your business name and roughly when we started and we'll find it.
Use your project ID above — it routes straight to the division that built it, which is faster than the general inbox.
Three things make a fix quick: what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot and the time it happened are worth more than a paragraph of description.
All of it goes through the contact page, where the four routes set the subject line for you so it lands in the right place.
For anything about the studio itself — how it's structured, why the divisions are named after towns — the divisions page is the fastest read.
Reply to your own email rather than sending a new one — it keeps the thread together and it's the fastest way to get bumped back to the top.
The careers page sets out how hiring runs here and what to expect at each step.
Still stuck? There's no ticket queue to disappear into and no chatbot in front of us. One email reaches everyone who could actually fix it.
