WILD ROSE DEVS

Wild Rose Devs

Three divisions.
Three towns that already do this work.

We didn't invent categories and then look for a market. Each division is named for an Alberta town, and each one builds for the industry that town has been running on for a century.

Business · Energy · ERP

Calgary

The systems companies actually run on.

Energy back-office, ERP, dispatch, logistics — software a company opens at seven in the morning and doesn't close until the day is done. None of it photographs well. All of it is the difference between a business that knows its numbers and one that finds out at quarter end.

Calgary is also where the studio earns. The Roadster platform and our client builds both sit here, and that revenue is what buys Fort Macleod and Banff the room to work on things that take longer to pay off.

Fort Macleod

Fresh barley for the herd, grown on site, year round.

Fort Macleod sits in ranch and farm country, so this division only takes on problems that arrive already specific. The first one is feed. Hay gets bought, trucked, stored, and lost to weather — a cost that moves with the market and a quality that moves with the season.

GreenHay replaces the truck with a growing substation on the operation itself. Barley goes from seed to feed in a closed loop, and the system holds light, water, temperature and harvest timing on its own so nobody has to babysit a grow room after a full day outside.

Games · Creative

Banff

The work that has to be felt, not just shipped.

Banff is the studio's creative division. It exists because some work can't be specced into a ticket and estimated — it has to be built, played, thrown out and built again until it feels like something.

Black Network is the first thing out of it: a game about the quiet parts of a network. Who knows whom, what moves between them, and what it costs to find out. Two titles, one world.

The first title. Where the network is mapped and the cost of knowing gets set.

The second. Same world, different network, and a longer reach.

Working with a division

Tell us what's broken.

A kitchen tired of the 30% cut, an operation with a feed bill it can't control, or a build that needs to ship — they all start the same way.
