The Early Days
Wild Rose Devs started like most great things do — with two people who saw the world a little
differently.
We met in class, bonded over late-night conversations about design, tech, and building cool things
that actually
solve real problems. One of us came from a creative and corporate background, the other from a deep
technical
mindset. That balance, between business strategy and hands-on development, is what shaped Wild Rose
from day one.
Our first real project was for a local business. We poured everything into it — from the branding
and UX to backend systems — and quickly realized something important: we’re really good at this. Not
just the execution, but the vision, the communication, and the ability to turn vague ideas into
living, working products.
More importantly, we saw a gap in the Alberta market — too many companies offered cookie-cutter
development or isolated services.
What was missing was a team that could take a rough idea and guide it all the way to launch: brand,
design, code, infrastructure, and even growth support.
So we built that team. Slowly, carefully, and
intentionally.
